Ski Lesson - Hakuba Snow Sports

Hakuba Snow Sports run their lessons from the Goryu Iimori resort. It's a great place to learn and improve your confidence!

Group lessons are divided by skill level to ensure everyone gets the best learning experience! The lessons are divided into groups of 8 people per lesson. Make sure to be realistic when selecting your ability so the instructors can give you the best guidance. 

• Level 1 - First Timer: First time skiing? You'll learn the basics and how to control the equipment. 
• Level 2 - Learn to Turn: You have skied before and can stop and change direction on beginners or very gentle slopes.
• Level 3 - Pizza to French Fries: You can turn using a wedge and can navigate your way down on all beginner slopes with confidence. You are ready for intermediate slopes. 
• Level 4 - Improve the Parallels: You are skiing on intermediate slopes, you will learn how to refine parallel turns and progress on steeper terrain. 

Lessons start at 9:30am and finish at 12:30pm. You will need to use your lift pass and own/rental equipment for the lesson.

Goryu Iimori Resort is at one end of the valley please ensure you are factoring in travel time to get here on the resort shuttles. Please reach out to the Snow Machine team regarding any questions you have on the location of the lessons.
