Refund policy

Refunds will not be available for change of mind or change of circumstance cancellations in the customer’s personal life – including but not limited to change in employment/relationship status, unapproved leave request, change in financial status, pregnancy, injury or illness.

We recommend taking out travel insurance immediately to be covered for such occurrences.
